The Nicest Day

First things first,

Sooo...this is the first blog of Chey. =] Don't even ask where i got this idea from. But i guess things just wouldn't be right if I didn't tell you the story right? right. Well, it started on Myspace. I started posting bulletins about my day. Like most myspacers do. & every title would be Chey's world. Eventually, people in school and other places would be like "I actually look forward to seeing what your up to and how your day went. It's usually very very interesting". I stopped for a while because everybody thought it was wack. But truth be told, i like doing things like this. I wanna be a journalist when i grow up =]. So why not start writing now? Exactly. Also, this great great great designer Kesh definitely rienforced the idea of having a blog. =], So definite shout outz to her.

Um...well. Today is seriously like the nicest day in VA that I've seen in a while. Everybody's hollering lets do something, with absolutely nothing to do. Beach, out to eat. Who knows? Anybody have any ideas please please please let me know.

Got a little bit of good and a little bit of bad news today. More and more scholarships rolling in and i'm getting the job done. Howard University's tution is definitely not the cheapest you'll find around these parts. However, the bad news is the military base where i wanted to get a job is definitely a no go. So...i guess i just gotta keep looking. Can't let the small things bring you down.

The weekend is here and I feel like it's gonna be a good one. I'm not gonna give you the whole rundown on what's happened in the past couple of days or so, but we will start here..let's be friends. =] shall we?
